Message Description
PROGRAM NOTFOUND The program cannot belocated inmemory. Check tomake surethe programname was
correctly entered.
PROGRAM OPENFOR EDIT IN ANOTHER PROCESS On adual-processing system, youcannot edit a program that is active in another process. You
will needto switchprocesses if youwant to edit theother program.
PROGRAM REWINDERROR An attempt to rewind the tapewas not successful. Check to be sure that the tape reader is
functioning properly and thetape ison the drive sprockets.
PROGRAM SHOULDSTARTHERE When performing a {MID ST PRGRAM}operation torestart a program, thecontrol hasfound the
block that theprogram execution should beginat, and selectedthat block as thenext block to
be executed. That block is theblock immediatelyfollowing theone containingan @.
PROGRAMMED AXISIS OFFOR DETACHED Part program blocks areattempting toprogram motions onan axisthat has itsservos either off
or configuredas detached in AMP.
PROGRAMMED G26DEPTH <TRIGGER TOLERANCE A G26block is programmedwith anintegrand less than orequal tothe AMPedAdaptive Depth
TriggerTolerance amount. A block decodeerror is givenand theblock willnot execute untilthe
integrand in the block is madelarger or AMP ismodified toreduce the trigger tolerance.
PROGRAMMED SPINDLEUNAVAILABLE The programmer attemptedto program thefollower spindle independently(M03, M04, M05, or
M19) whilespindle synchronizationwas active.
PROGRAMS AREDIFFERENT A program verify operationhas determinedthat the twoselected programsare not identical.
PROGRAMS AREIDENTICAL Aprogram verify operationhas determinedthat the twoselected programsare identical
matches.
PROGRMABLE ZONE2 VIOLATION An attempt wasmade tomove theindicated axisinto the area defined by programmablezone 2.
PROGRMABLE ZONE3 VIOLATION An attempt wasmade tomove theindicated axisinto (or out of) the areadefined by
programmable zone 3.
PROGRMD G26DEPTH <TRIGGER TOLERANCE The programmedadaptive depthdeflection (holedepth) is lessthan theprobe tolerancevalue.
You must either increase theprogrammed blockdepth, or decrease theAMPed probetolerance
value.
Q
QPP ANGLEWORD SAME ASAXIS NAME AMP has downloadedan angleword for QuickPath Plusthat is thesame asan axisname.
AMP must bereconfigured; the angleword cannot bethe sameas anaxis name.
QPP BLOCKFORMAT ERROR Data isincorrectly enteredor insufficient data isentered for thecontrol tocorrectly executea
QuickPath Plus block or pairof QuickPath Plus blocks.
QPP MDI BLOCKLOOKAHEAD ERROR Onlyone of twonecessary blockswas programmed in MDI usingQuickPath Pluscommands
that require two blocks forproper execution.
QPP NOTALLOWED DURINGPOLAR MODE With polar coordinateprogramming active, youcannot use QPP.
R
R WORDFORMAT FINERTHAN The wordformat programmed isrequesting afiner resolutionthan theaxis wordformat for the
corresponding axis allows. These word formats areset in AMP.
RAPID SPEEDTOOHIGH FORAMPED CONFIG AMP configuration error. The axisresolutions andfeedback deviceresolutions willnot permit
the rapid and maximum feedrates assignedin AMP.
RADIUS TOO SMALL An arc(or helix) was programmed(G02 or G03)that defines aradius that istoo smallto connect
the start-point of the arc tothe end-point. The value of R is toosmall.
RAPID TOO HIGHFOR AMPEDCONFIG AMP configurationerror. The axisand feedbackdevice resolutionswill not permit therapid
feedrates assignedin AMP.
RAPID TRAVERSE ERROR: An attempt wasmade tojog anaxis usingrapid traversewhen it isnot permitted. Typically, to
use the TRVRS function whilejogging, the controlmust be inmanual mode; continuousjog
must be selected; and, if the axis beingjogged hasan overtravel value, that axis must first have
been homed.
READ ERROR An attempt to read a program from atape ordisk drivehas failed.
