ASCII Instructions 10-11
String Concatenate (ACN)
The ACN instruction combines two strings using ASCII strings as operands.
The second string is appended to the first and the result stored in the
destination.
Entering Parameters
Enter the following parameters when programming this instruction.
Source A is the first string in the concatenation procedure.
Source B is the second string in the concatenation procedure.
Destination is where the result of Source A and B is stored.
Example
Only the first 82 characters (0 to 81) are written to the destination.
If the result is > 82 the ASCII Error bit S:5/15 is set.
