Clock Source
Selects the input channel of the clock signal.

Clock Slope
Sets the edge at which the data value is sampled.

Rising edge

Falling edge
●
Rising and falling edges are considered (double data rate).
At double data rate, "First Clock Edge of Pattern" defines the edge at which the first
bit of the pattern is sampled: at the rising clock edge, falling clock edge, or the first
edge that is detected ("Both").

Data Source
Selects the input channel of the data signal.

TRIGger:SPATtern:DSOurce[:VALue] on page 182
Set Serial Pattern
The pattern defines the bits of the serial data to be found in the data stream. The maxi-
mum length of the pattern is 32 bit. You can enter the pattern in binary or hexadecimal
format. In binary format, an X indicates that the logical level for the bit is not relevant
(don't care).
