Parameters:
<Span> Frequency. The maximum span depends on the marker position
and R&S FPL1000 model.
*RST: 5% of current span
Default unit: Hz

CALCulate<n>:DELTamarker<m>:FUNCtion:BPOWer[:STATe]
<State>
This command turns delta markers for band power measurements on and off.
If neccessary, the command also turns on a reference marker.
