Up to 4.0 GHz bandwidth and very low added
noise
Low voltages with tight tolerances make testing power
rails difficult. Not only do newer power rails require more
precise low voltage measurements, the rails are suscep-
tible to coupling from high-speed clocks and RFsources.
With a bandwidth up to 4.0 GHz, excellent sensitivity due
to the 1:1 attenuation ratio and low noise, the R&S®RT-ZPR
power rail probes excel at precise ripple measurements.
Coupled with the industry’s best spectrum analysis capa-
bilities of the R&S®RTO and R&S®RTE oscilloscopes, the
solution also helps users isolate periodic and random dis-
turbances (PARD).
Power rail probe
High bandwidth, high sensitivity, very low noise
and an extra-large offset compensation make the
R&S®RT-ZPR power rail probes an excellent tool
for characterizing power rails. An integrated high-
accuracy DC voltmeter provides instantaneous DC
voltage readout.
