RT-ZA9 probe box to N / USB adapter

The adapter can be used to connect the

R&S RT‑ZS10/20/30 active voltage probe to any

other oscilloscope or any other measurement instru-

ment (e.g. a network or spectrum analyzer).

Using the USB interface of the adapter, the probe

can be powered and controlled from any conven-

tional PC.
