4. Clean the print heads with the SOL INK cleaning cartridges.

Insert SOL INK cleaning cartridges into slots 1 and 2.

Insert dummy cartridges into slots 3 to 8.

Follow the on-screen instructions to remove and insert
the SOL INK cleaning cartridges.

Pull out the dummy cartridges from slot 3 and 4.

By following the on-screen instructions, clean the print heads in the order of slots 3
and 4, slots 5 and 6, and slots 7 and 8.
By following the on-screen instructions, remove and insert the SOL INK cleaning cartridges and dummy
cartridges. If a cartridge is inserted into a wrong slot, lling with ink will fail.

REMOVE DUMMY CRT.
Remove and insert the cartridge from and into the slot for which the number is ashing.
In this case, remove the SOL INK cleaning cartridges from slots 1 and 2.
If the cartridge is removed correctly, the number stops ashing
