LOADING FILM

Loading the film

1. Push release knob down and open camera back.

2. Insert film cartridge into cartridge chamber.

3. Pull out film leader as shown. Film must lie flat on film

guides.

4. Click camera back shut. The camera will now automati-

cally advance the film to frame 1.

5. The display shown appears in the LCD monitor.

With DX-coded film, the camera automatically sets the

film speed within a range of ISO 50/18° to 3200/36°.

The default setting for uncoded film is ISO 100/21°.

›

Never change films in full sunlight.

›

If film loading fails, an “E” will appear in the display, and

the shutter remains locked. In this case repeat the

procedure.
