CLOSE-UPS (MACRO MODE)

Close-ups (makro mode)

The macro mode ranges from 0.68 m to 1 m in the wide-

angle setting and from 0.87 m to 1 m in the telephoto

setting. The camera will automatically select this range if

your subject is within this distance; the autofocus indicator

(green LED) flashes slowly, and the

icon appears in the

display.

Note that the macro field of view differs from the normal

one (see p. 7).

Please note

If your subject is closer than 0.68 m, the green LED will

flash rapidly, and the shutter remains locked.
