1 Charging range

2 Instructions for wireless charging
A Using adapters requires a certified QC3.0 or PD adapter to power it. Do not plug in USB or
uncertified ports for power supply。
B When charging, place what needs to be charged in the correct position。
C When you want three quick charges at once, use a PD adapter for power。
D It is normal and safe to hear a buzzing sound when very close to the charger. That means the
wireless charger is adjusting its temperature for more efficient charging speeds。
E If your device cannot be fully charged, this may be because the ambient temperature is too
high. Please charge it after the temperature decreases. Our chargers have temperature control
features to protect your device while charging。
3 Warm prompt：
A If your phone is equipped with a protective case, remove the case before charging and place
the phone properly on a wireless charging pad
B If the phone is fitted with a thicker case, or if there is metal in the case, the phone may not
charge properly, or the case may get hot
C To keep the wireless charging pad in good condition, do not use wireless charging in the car
D Please do not charge your bus card, bank card and other chip cards with your mobile phone,
otherwise it may affect your charging or normal use of the card
E When charging, please put the right position, do not put too much slanting, otherwise it will
cause poor charging, fever and other phenomena
4 LED light display instructions：
A: The electric blue light flashes momentarily, turns to standby, and turns off
B： When mobile phone wireless charging, the blue light long on, mobile phone wireless charging
stop when the light off
C： Apple headphone case, Apple Watch charging no display
D：When there is foreign matter detected in ①② charging area, the blue light blinks. (When
there is a foreign body detected, please power off, or take off the charging instrument, stand for
1 minute, the system to restore the standby state, the light is not flashing, and then put on the
charging)
5 Question and answer
If the LED lights are flashing and the wireless charging dock is not working, how do I deal with
this problem?
A When using this product, first make sure your phone supports Qi wireless charging
B Whether QC3.0 adapter or PD adapter is used to charge and power our wireless
C Test with a different data cable
D Check your equipment housing for metal objects. Magnetic and metal attachments will
make the LED blink and prevent charging。
