USOS: Roof Tite™ Techo fibrado y Revestimientos Foundation está
diseñado para renovar superficies de asfalto viejo y desgastado techo, y
sellar cimientos de mampostería. Proporciona un sellado a prueba de
agua a las superficies por encima o por debajo de grado. Reforzado con
fibras de celulosa. Se seca a un color negro.
PREPARACIÓN DE LA SUPERFICIE: Techos: superficie de barrido limpio de
polvo y escombros. Repare las grietas, roturas y costuras abiertas con
cemento para techos. Eliminar el óxido o pintura suelta de las superficies
metálicas. No aplicar sobre superficies húmedas o mojadas. No aplicar si
se esperan lluvias dentro de las 24 horas. Fundamentos: La superficie
debe estar limpia y libre de escombros. No aplicar sobre superficies
húmedas o heladas cubierto. Rellene las grietas y huecos con cemento
para techos.
PRECAUCIONES: No diluir. No congelar. No almacenar a temperaturas
superiores a 110 ˚ F. No es compatible con todas las superficies. Si no
está seguro, pruebe primero a pequeña sección.
APLICACIÓN: Techos: Para el revestimiento de todo el techo, aplique una
capa gruesa, con llana o brocha techo. Cuando hace frío esta capa se
espesa. Mantener en una habitación caliente hasta que esté listo para su
uso. Fundaciones: Aplicar con pincel. En cualquier caso, no debe ser
diluido y se debe aplicar liberalmente. Con el fin de conseguir un buen
sellado, todos los poros de la superficie debe ser llenado con
revestimiento, sin dejar huecos.
LIMPIEZA: Con alcoholes minerales.
RENDIMIENTO: La cobertura depende de la absorción de la superficie. Se
tendrá un promedio de aproximadamente 50 pies cuadrados por galón.

Contiene productos basados en petróleo. Mantener alejado del calor,

piel o sensibilidad respiratoria no debe utilizar el producto sin suficiente
protección. Evite la respiración prolongada de los vapores de este

ventilación adecuada. En caso de irregularidad o dejado de respirar,
administre oxígeno y / o respiración artificial. Obtenga atención médica
inmediatamente. Contacto con la piel debe ser seguido por un lavado
con agua y jabón. En caso de ingestión, no provocar el vómito. Llame al
médico de inmediato. No utilizar en sistemas de agua potable. Asegúrese
que la tapa esté apretada, y el cubo es seguro y en posición vertical

USES: Roof Tite™ Fibered Roof & Foundation Coating is designed
to renew old and worn out asphalt roof surfaces, and to seal
masonry foundations. Provides a waterproof seal to surfaces
above or below grade. Reinforced with cellulose fibers. Dries to a
black color.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Roofs: Sweep surface clean of all dirt and
debris. Repair cracks, breaks, and open seams with roof cement.
Remove all rust or loose paint from metal surfaces. Do not apply
over damp or wet surfaces. Do not apply if rain is expected within
24 hours. Foundations: Surface must be clean and free of all
debris. Do not apply over damp or frost covered surface. Fill
cracks and voids with roof cement.
PRECAUTIONS: Do not thin. Do not freeze. Do not store at
temperatures above 110˚F. Not compatible with all surfaces. If
unsure, test small section first.
APPLICATION: Roofs: For coating the entire roof, apply a heavy
coat, with spreader or roof brush. In cold weather this coating will
thicken. Keep in a heated room until ready to use. Foundations:
Apply with brush. In either case it must not be thinned and should
be applied liberally. In order to get a good seal, all pores of the
surface must be filled with coating, leaving no voids.
CLEAN UP: With mineral spirits.
COVERAGE: Coverage depends on the absorption of the surface. It
will average approximately 50 square feet per gallon.

For exterior use only. Contains petroleum based products. Keep
away from heat, sparks, and open flame. Eye, skin and respiratory
irritant. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of warm
water. Persons with skin or respiratory sensitivity should not use
product without sufficient protection. Avoid prolonged breathing of
vapor or spray mist. (NIOSH/MSHA TC 23C or equivalent). Use
only with adequate ventilation. In case of irregular or stopped
breathing, administer oxygen and/or give artificial respiration. Get
medical attention immediately. Contact with skin should be
followed by washing with soap and water. If swallowed, do not
induce vomiting. Call physician immediately. Do not use in drinking
water systems. Make sure lid is tight, and pail is secure & upright
during transportation and storage.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Gardner-Gibson, Inc. warrants that this
product, when applied in accordance with our written directions in
applications recommended by us as suitable for this product, is
free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12
months from the date of purchase. If you notify us of such a defect
and provide adequate proof of purchase during this warranty
period, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any
such defective product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU
OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND/OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE,
AND GARDNER-GIBSON, INC. WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE
