Assembly Steps Overview Back Cushion(E&F) Left Arm Panel(B) Right Arm Panel(C) Seat Cushion(G) Seat Panel (D) FRONT FACING This chair has multiple parts and may require up to some 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the chair parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Unpack and place all parts on a clean soft surface.
Place Right Arm Panel(C) with its one side face skywards onto a clean, soft surface to avoid any scratches or damages to the product. Attach Seat Panel(D) to Right Arm Panel(C) using Washers(②), Spring Washers(③) and Bolts(④) with Allen Key(⑧) as shown. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTHEN BOLTS.
Attach Seat Panel(D) to Right Arm Panel(C) using Bolts(①), Washers(②), Spring Washers(③) and Nuts(⑥) with Allen Key(⑧) and Wrench(⑨). DO NOT FULLY TIGHTHEN BOLTS. 4.2 4.3 4.1 4.1) Align the mounting position of Backrest Panel(A) to Right Arm Panel(C). 4.2) Attach Backrest Panel(A) to Seat Panel(D) using Washers(②), Spring Washers(③) and Bolts(④) with Allen Key(⑧) as shown. 4.3) Attach Right Arm Panel(C) to Backrest Panel(A) using Washers(②), Spring Washers(③) and Bolts(⑤) with Allen Key(⑧) as shown.
Step 5 5.1 5.2 Align the mounting position of Backrest Panel(A) to Left Arm Panel(B). 5.1) Attach Seat Panel(D) to Left Arm Panel(B) using Washers(②), Spring Washers(③) and Bolts(④) with Allen Key(⑧) as shown. 5.2) Attach Left Arm Panel(B) to Backrest Panel(A) using Washers(②), Spring Washers(③) and Bolts(⑤) with Allen Key(⑧) as shown. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTHEN BOLTS.
Attach Seat Panel(D) to Left Arm Panel(B) using Bolts(①), Washers(②), Spring Washers(③) and Nut(⑥) with Allen Key(⑧) and Wrench(⑨). Step 7 Remove plastic bag to decompress Back Cushion Pad(F). Unzip Cushion Cover(E). Insert Back Cushion Pad(F) into matching cushion cover(E). Adjust/smooth out cover and cushion before zipping cushion closed. Note: Immediate inflation may take up to 24 hours, sometimes will need up to 7 days for full size inflation. Regular fluffing recommended.
Now, fully and securely, tighten all nuts, at all joints. Add Nut Caps(⑦) to the bolts ends on the front of Seat Panel(D) to protect skin or clothing from getting snagged as pix shown. Step 9 Adjust height for balance Adjust low for balance Adjust the Pre-attached levellers at the bottoms of the chair legs until the chair is level with the ground. Step 6 E&F Put Back Cushion(E&F) and Seat Cushion(G) on the Chair. Inspect it and make sure all parts are adequately connected. Your chair is ready for use.
