Possible cause
Incorrect tank geometry configuration.
Recommended actions
• Verify the tank geometry parameters are configured correctly (especially the
Reference Height).
• Run Verify Level to adjust level measurement.
• Analyze the echo curve and check amplitude thresholds.
• Restore default settings and reconfigure the device.
