Switching on
Insert the plug into the wall socket.
If the pilot light and the display is not illuminated, press
ON/OFF button.
Select a temperature according to "Temperature reg-
ulation".
Important! If the door remains open for some minutes,
the light will turn off automatically. The light is reset by
closing and opening the door.
Switching off
To turn off the appliance, press the ON/OFF button for
approx. one second.
The pilot light will switch off.
Temperature regulation
The temperature can be adjusted between +2°C and
+8°C.
By pressing the Temperature regulators, the current
temperature setting flashes on the Temperature indi-
cator. It is possible to modify the setting temperature
only with flashed indicator.
• To set a warmer temperature, press Temperature
regulator +.
• To set a colder temperature, press Temperature
regulator -.
The Temperature indicator displays the newly selected
temperature for a few seconds and then shows again
the inside compartment temperature.
The newly selected-temperature must be reached after
24 hours.
Important! After a long period out of use it is not
necessary to set again the temperature because it
remains stored.
A medium setting is generally the most suitable.
The exact setting should be chosen keeping in mind
that the temperature inside the appliance depends on:
• room temperature
• how often the door is opened
• the quantity of food stored
• the location of the appliance.
Important! If the ambient temperature is high or the
appliance is fully loaded, and the appliance is set to the
lowest temperatures, it may run continuously causing
frost to form on the rear wall. In this case the
Temperature regulator must be set to a higher
temperature to allow automatic defrosting and
therefore reduced energy consumption.
Action Cool function
The maximum performance is obtained by setting the
Action Cool function. It’s recommended when loading
large quantities of food.
1. Press the Action Cool button.
2. The Action Cool light will light up and the Temper-
ature Indicator show A.
Important! The internal temperature goes down to
+2°C.
After about 6 hours the Action Cool function switches
off automatically.
It is possible to deactivate the function at any time by
pressing the Action Cool button.
