请点触启动/停止键 3 秒停止程序，然后拔下电源，打开上盖待本机完 全冷却后再重新开始工作。 2.点触启动/停止键，LCD 上显示“E EE”，表明机内感温器出现故障，面 包机需要维修。 七.首次使用前 1.使用前请按“清洁和保养”的说明清洗面包机。 2.将面包桶装到位，然后插上电源点触菜单键，选择烘烤模式空烧 10 分 钟。此目的是为了去除发热管及面包桶的异味。 3.拔掉电源，待充分冷却后再清洗一次。 八.操作步骤 1.把面包桶放到面包机内，然后顺时针旋转直到完全扣合到位。然后把搅 拌刀放进面包桶底部的转轴上，轻轻旋转到位。 注意：为了避免面团粘在搅拌刀底部，建议装搅拌刀时，在搅拌刀的孔内 涂上一些耐热黄油。 2.
加入太早，以免影响面包风味。 10.工作结束后，蜂鸣器发出蜂鸣声提示，LCD 显示“0：00” ，点触启动/ 停止键 3～5 秒，关闭程序，并拔下电源插头。 注：面包制作完成后，若没有关闭程序，本机会自动进入 1 小时保温 状态。若要终止保温，可随时点触启动/停止键 3～5 秒结束保温。 11.打开上盖，戴上手套，逆时针旋转面包桶，然后向上取出面包桶。 注意：面包桶和面包温度较高，操作时要十分小心。 12.将面包桶倒过来放在冷却架上充分冷却后，轻轻震动面包桶，直到面 包掉下。再用木制或塑料的刮刀轻轻地把面包桶内侧刮干净。 注：如果搅拌刀粘在面包中，请用钩将其取出，不可直接用手取搅拌 刀，以免烫伤。 由于制作的面包中不含防腐剂，一般比市场上的面包贮存时间要短。 如果制作的面包没有吃完，建议将剩余的面包装入保鲜袋或容器内， 室温下一般可贮存 3 天。如果需要贮存更长的时间，请用保鲜袋装好 后放入冰箱内，这样最多可贮存 10 天。 九.特别说明 1.
