Montageinstructies Stap 1: Bevestig de voorstabilisator (2) en de achterstabilisator (3) aan het hoofdframe (1), zet deze vast met hex bout M10*45 (8), platte ring D10*D20*2 (13) en veerring D10 (12). LET OP: Onder de stabilisatoren zijn stelvoeten (17) bevestigd om de Speedbike waterpas te zetten Stap 2: Bevestig de pedalen (16L/R) aan de crank (15L/R) die bevestigd is aan het hoofdframe (1). LET OP: De pedalen zijn gemarkeerd met een “R” voor rechts en een “L” voor links.
Stap 4: A. Bevestig de stuur pen (5) aan de voorzijde van de hoofdframe buis (1), bevestig deze veilig met stelknop (26). Bevestig vervolgens het stuur (6) aan de stuurpen (5), bevestig deze met inbusbout M8*15 (31), veerring D8 (33) en de platte ring D8*D16*1.5 (32). B. Bevestig de bidonhouder (29) aan het hoofdframe (1) met kruiskop schroef ST4.2*12 (28), platte ring D4.5*D9*1 (27). Dan plaats de bidon (30) in de bidonhouder (29). Stap 5: Bevestig eerst de computer beugel (37) aan het stuur (6).

Warming-up – Cooling down Een succesvolle oefening begint met een warming-up en wordt afgesloten met een cooling down. Doe alle oefeningen twee tot drie keer per week en neem tussen de oefendagen een rustdag. Binnen enkele maanden kunt u het aantal oefeningen uitbreiden naar 5 tot 6 keer per week. De warming-up is van essentieel belang voordat u met een oefening begint. Je lichaam wordt voorbereid om inspanningen te verrichten.

Assembly Instructions Step 1: Attach the front stabilizer (2) and rear stabilizer (3) onto the main frame (1), secure with the hex bolts (8), flat washers (13) and spring washer (12).
