o ACHTUNG! Gehen Sie folgendermassen vor, um die Sicherheitskappe (Nr. 7) aufzuschrauben: 1) Schalten Sie immer den Dampferzeuger am Ein‐/Ausschalter (Nr. 4) aus. 2) Betätigen Sie die Dampfstosstaste (Nr. 10), um den gesamten restlichen Dampf abzulassen. 3) Schalten Sie das Bügeleisen am Ein‐ /Ausschalter (Nr. 5) aus. 4) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. 5) Lassen Sie das Bügeleisen einige Minuten abkühlen. 6) Schrauben Sie langsam die Kappe (Nr. 7) auf, bis Sie ein zischendes Geräusch hören.
o Das Bügeleisen darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn es beschädigt ist. Alle Reparaturarbeiten, auch der Austausch von Netzkabel und Temperaturreglern, müssen zur Vermeidung aller Risiken und da Spezialwerkzeuge erforderlich sind, von einer zugelassenen Kundendienstwerkstatt oder einer Person gleicher Qualifikation durchgeführt werden. o Die Kappe mit dem Sicherheitsventil (kalibriert) darf nur gegen ein Original‐ Ersatzteil ausgetauscht werden.

o o o o Die Dampfabgabe erfolgt durch Betätigung der Dampfstosstaste (Nr. 10). Es gibt keinen Dampf, wenn Sie die Dampfstosstaste drücken. Lassen Sie die Dampfstosstaste los, wenn Sie keinen Dampf mehr benötigen. Das Gerät kann auch aufrecht stehend Dampf erzeugen und ist damit auch zum problemlosen Auffrischen von Textilien mit einem Dampfstrahl geeignet. Achtung: Es darf kein Dampf abgegeben werden, solange sich das Bügeleisen auf der beiliegenden Abstellfläche (Nr. 8) befindet.
Wenn das Bügeleisen nur kurzfristig benutzt wird, ist es nicht erforderlich, den Wassertank vollständig aufzufüllen. Ein Messbecher voll Wasser (oder weniger) genügt – damit verkürzt sich die Wartezeit und es wird Energie gespart. TROCKENBÜGELN o Gehen Sie folgendermassen vor, um den Bügelvorgang fortzusetzen: Um ohne Dampf zu bügeln, ist das Gerät zunächst an die Stromversorgung anzuschliessen. Schalten Sie das Gerät dann an der Taste (Nr. 5) ein und stellen Sie am Temperaturregler (Nr.

Drücken Sie die Dampfstosstaste (Nr. 10), um den restlichen Dampf abzulassen. Schalten Sie das Gerät am Schalter (Nr. 4) (Nr. 5) aus. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Lassen Sie das Bügeleisen auf der Abstellfläche abkühlen.
Füllen Sie den Tank mit normalem Leitungswasser, spülen Sie ihn und giessen Sie das Wasser aus. Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Lappen. ENTSORGUNG o Für eine sachgerechte Entsorgung ist das Gerät dem Fachhändler, der Servicestelle oder der Firma Rotel AG zurückzugeben.
