97– 06 TJ FRONT BAR PIN ELIMINATOR KIT
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. After the shock absorber has been removed from the lower shock mount. Install the bar pin bracket as
shown in Photo1 with stock hardware. Tighten using a 13mm wrench.
2. Install the supplied sleeve in the shock absorber and install the shock absorber in the bar pin bracket as
shown in Photo 2 using the supplied 1/2” x 2 1/2” bolt & lock nut. Tighten using a 3/4” wrench & socket.

1-POLY BAG CONTAINING:
2-SHOCK SLEEVES
2-1/2” X 2 1/2” Bolts
2-1/2” Lock nuts
TOOLS NEEDED
13mm wrench
3/4” Socket / Wrench
POST INSTALLATION
1. Check all fasteners for proper torque. Check to ensure there is adequate clearance between all rotating,
mobile, fixed and heated members. Check steering for interference and proper working order.
2. Re torque all fasteners after 500 miles. Visually inspect components and re torque fasteners during routine
vehicle service.
