Intended Use The Roughneck 2-in-1 Air Operated Waste Oil Drainer with a 24 gallon tank is an adjustable collecting bowl. It’s equipped with a valve and collecting bowl to inspect drained oil before it enters the reservoir. Used engine oil is toxic and should be properly disposed of or recycled. Do not use with corrosive or flammable fluids. Not for use by or around children.

Assemble the handle (B) and the air inlet fitting. Turn off the ball valve (H). Assemble the vacuum gauge (D) and turn off the ball valve (J). Insert the tube (N) into the reservoir, turn the hand-wheel (O) clockwise, and tighten.
Assemble the supporting tube, ball valve (P), oil collecting bowl, filtrating plank, and extension funnel. Suctioning Oil Close all the valves (K, P, J, H, I, L). Turn the hand-wheel (E) counter-clockwise and turn on the valve (L).
Connect the air supply and make sure the vacuum gauge (F) index reaches the green area. Connect the probe (S) and place it into the car engine. Turn on the ball valve (J) for suctioning oil.
Collecting Close all the valves (K, P, J, H, I, L). Turn on the ball valve (P) and the valve (H).
Place the oil drainer under the car to collect the waste oil. Turn on the ball valve (P). Draining Close all the valves (K, P, J, H, I, L).
Close the hand-wheel (E) clockwise, place the spout (M) into the waste oil tank, then open the valve (I). Connect the air supply and open the valve (H) for draining. Before Each Use ⚠WARNING Always wear the proper personal protective gear including ANSI Z87.1 compliant safety goggles and heat-resistant rubber gloves when using this product. Use only on a dry, clean, level surface capable of supporting the weight of the vehicle.

Maintenance Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used.
