¡IMPORTANTE! El calor concentra los elementos contenidos en el agua durante la evaporación. Los tipos de agua que se enumeran abajo contienen desechos orgánicos o elementos minerales que pueden causar salpicado, manchas marrones o el desgaste prematuro del aparato: no debe usarse agua de secarropas, agua ablandada o aromatizada, de refrigeradores, baterías ni aires acondicionados, agua pura destilada ni desmineralizada ni agua de lluvia en la plancha. POSSIBLE CAUSES You are using chemical descaling agents. SOLUTIONS Do not add any descaling agents to the water in the water tank. You are not using the right type of water. Un problème avec votre fer ? PROBLEME Des coulures brunes sortent de la semelle et tachent le linge. La semelle est sale ou brune et peut tacher le linge. Votre fer produit peu ou pas de vapeur variable/ TURBO. CAUSES POSSIBLES Vous utilisez des produits détartrants chimiques. Vous n’utilisez pas le bon type d’eau. Des fibres de linge se sont accumulées dans les trous de la semelle et se carbonisent. Vous utilisez une température trop élevée.
Problemas con la plancha PROBLEMAS Colores amarillentos salen de la suela y ensucian la ropa. CAUSAS POSIBLES Utiliza productos químicos contra los residuos calcáreos. SOLUCIONES No añada ningún producto contra los residuos calcáreos en el agua del depósito. No utiliza el tipo de agua adecuado. Realice una auto-limpieza y consulte el capítulo “¿Qué agua utilizar?”. Fibras de ropa se han acumulado en los agujeros de la Realice una auto-limpieza y limpie la suela con una esponja húmeda.
