Ÿ Make sure that the wall is made weather resistant
consistent with building codes. If no wrap is used,
flash a minimum of 10” up from the bottom,
hanging the flashing at least 1/4” over the bottom
of the sill plate.
Ÿ Install the skirt board as shown below securing it
the same as a trim board (page 8).
Ÿ If a drip cap is used, glue the cap onto the board.
