✰ Assemble Clutch operating shaft oil
seal.
✰ Assemble clutch operating shaft
assembly on cover LH.
✰ Assemble spring for clutch
operating shaft and lock the pin.
✰ Assemble oil filler plug with “O”
ring.
✰ Locate 11 bolts on cover LH and
tighten (Torque 1 KG-M).
✰ Assemble the cover LH on Crank
case LH.
NOTE :NOTE :
NOTE :NOTE :
NOTE : Ensure 2 Nos. dowel pins are
located properly. Apply LOCKTITE 5699
RTV silicon liquid gasket.
