TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Solut ions
Unit does not start when
pressing power button
• Reset the power plug. Wait 3 minutes and try to run the unit again.
• Drain the water tank (see Maintenance page 8).
• If the room temperature is lower than the set temperature in
cooling mode, the unit will not run.
• If the room temperature is higher than the set temperature in
heating mode, the unit will not run.
Not cool enough
• Make sure all windows and doors in the room are closed.
• Remove all heat sources from inside the room.
• Connect the exhaust air hose tightly and make sure that it can
function properly. Keep it as short and free of curves as possible
to avoid bottlenecks.
• Decrease the set temperature.
• The air filter may be blocked by dust, so clean the air filter.
Unit is noisy or vibrating
during operation
• Place the unit on a flat, level surface.
• Make sure that the unit is not touching any other objects.
Gurgling sound • This is not uncommon with portable air conditioners. Do not worry,
this is a normal sound.
E0 Code • Replace the room temperature sensor. Contact for repair.
E2 Code • Empty the water tank
In case of problems, first turn off the air conditioner and disconnect from the source of electricity.
