Error Code Reason Solutions
E5 Note-Feeding Sensor
Clean the sensor or contact Royal
Sovereign to replace sensor if error
code persists.
EH Half Sheet Error
Remove last note from stacker.
Press “START” button to continue.
Ed, dbL Double-Notes Error
Remove last note from stacker.
Press “START” button to continue.
EC Joined Notes Error
Remove last note from stacker.
Press “START” button to continue.
EJ Jammed Notes Error
Turn off the machine. Clear
jammed notes.
CF1 Note flagged for UV error
Remove last note from stacker.
Press “START” button to continue.
MGL
Note flagged for MG error (insufficient
quantity of MG)
Remove last note from stacker.

Note flagged for MG error (excess quantity
