Warranty

One Year Limited Warranty:
Rubbermaid warrants to the original owner that this product is free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase.
If this product is defective when used under normal conditions within the specified
period, Rubbermaid will replace the product, send a replacement part or issue a refund (at
our option) when the consumer provides a proof of purchase (either a bill of sale,
receipted invoice, or other proof that the product is within the warranty period), along with
a full description of the defect, to Rubbermaid Consumer Services, 4110 Premier Drive,
High Point , NC 27265 USA Toll-Free: [phone], Monday - Friday, 8:30am -
5:00pm Eastern. Rubbermaid Consumer Services reserves the right to request
photographic proof of product defect, and request that the defective product in question be
shipped to Rubbermaid Consumer Services to verify the defect or to aid in quality control
efforts. RUBBERMAID MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
CONCERNING THE PRODUCT OR THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS THEREOF FOR ANY
PURPOSE. This warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as a result of
improper maintenance, accident, other misuse or acts of God. This warranty is void if the
product is repaired or modified in any way. IN NO EVENT SHALL RUBBERMAID BE LIABLE
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Legal rights vary from state to state, so
the above limitations may not apply to you if precluded by local law.
