A. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly
Once you have unpacked your machine, check to make sure that
there are no damaged or broken parts. If there are, and you need to
change these components they must only be replaced by original, (if
in doubt, consult the manufacturer).
Safety
Read carefully and understand the safety measures before the use
of the machine.
For safe operation on the grinder, the operating and safety
instructions must be fully read and strictly observed.
Hooking up
Check that the voltage and frequency of the machine shown on the
characteristics plate match the electric system.
Coil feeding cable during transport. Never move the machine by
tugging at the cable.
Applications
The machine is intended for stirring powder-type building materials
such as mortar, plaster, cement, and solvent-free paints, varnish and
similar substances.
The user alone is responsible for any liabilities caused by usage
other than intended.
Recommendations concerning the work area
Pay close attention to the state of the area where the job is to be
done. Keep it clean and well lit. The machine should be kept clean
at all times in order to ensure optimum performance and the safest
working conditions.
Do not open dispose of it through the available collection points.
B. GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY
WARNINGS
1. ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions.
2. Save all warnings and all instructions for future
reference.
3. Keep the work area clean and well lit.
4. Do not operate power tools in explosive
atmospheres, such as in the presence of ammable
liquids, gases or dust.
5. Keep away from children and curious while operating
power tools.
6. The plug of the machine must match the base of the
socket. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use
any adapter plugs with grounded power tools.
7. Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as
pipes, radiators, cookers and refrigerators.
8. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
9. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for
carrying, lifting or unplugging the power tool. Keep
the cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving
parts.
10. When operating a power tool outdoors, use an
extension cord suitable for outdoor use.
11. If the use of a tool in a damp location is unavoidable,
use a power protected by a residual current device
(RCD).
12. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when operating a power tool. Do not
use a power tool while tired or under the inuence
of drugs, alcohol or medication.
13. Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye
protection.
14. Avoid accidental starting. Make sure the switch is in
"open" position before connecting to the network
and / or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.
15. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before starting
the machine.
16. Not exceeded. Keep your feet on the ground and
balance at all times.
17. Vista properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.
Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from
moving parts.
18. Where arrangements for connecting means
dust extraction and collection, ensure these are
connected and properly used.
19. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power
tool for your application.
20. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn
"closed" and "open".
21. Remove the plug from the power source and / or
battery before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools.
22. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children
and do not allow the use of power tools to people
unfamiliar with the tool or these instructions.
23. Maintain power tools. Check moving parts for
misalignment or binding, there are no broken parts
or other conditions that may affect the operation
of power tools. Power tools are repaired before use,
when they are damaged.
24. Use the power tool, accessories and tool tips, etc..
in accordance with these instructions, taking into
account the working conditions and the work to
develop.
25. Please check your power tool serviced by qualied
repair service using only identical replacement
parts.
26. When unpacking the machine check that there are no missing
or broken parts. If any, replace with original parts. If changing
electrical components and equipment approved by the same
reference (if in doubt check with the manufacturer).
