Troubleshooting chart

Faulty RJ-45 connection at hub Check modular connector and test

Loose CAT-5 connection at keypad Make sure wires are punched down
tightly on keypad connector
Faulty port on hub Swap modular connector to another
port; if keypad works OK, replace hub
Hub doesn’t recognize keypad (no
zone indication on Advanced Keypad
display when powering up)
Open status wire in CAT-5 cable Check green wire
No communication audio in one zone;
