.DESCRIPTION AND USES – MARKING PAINT
An aerosol coating specifically packaged for use in an
inverted position as a marking paint. Use for marking
construction and excavation sites, underground utilities
and for traffic safety. They can also be used with the
#2393000 Marking Wand to make large jobs less tedious.
They feature fast dry and adhesion to concrete, blacktop,
gravel, soil and grass.

Flat to semi-gloss finish (dependent on surface porosity).

..PRODUCT APPLICATION .
SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove excessive loose debris from the surface before
application of the coating.
APPLICATION
Apply when temperature is above 40°F (4°C) and humidity
is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Protect surrounding
surfaces from overspray. Overspray can carry a significant
distance. Shake can vigorously for one minute after mixing
ball is heard. Invert can and point at ground or floor. Hold
can 4 to 10 inches above surface to be marked. Press in
sideways to spray or use Rust-Oleum Marking Wand
(#2393000) or Rust-Oleum Marking Pistol (#210188).
Follow directions for proper use of this equipment. Keep
can moving to prevent build-up. Clean valve by spraying
upright for 2-3 seconds after each use. If valve clogs,
carefully remove spray tip and clean in thinner. DO NOT
insert any object into can valve opening

A lead-free aerosol striping paint designed for use in an
inverted position. Features weather and abrasion
resistance for durability. When used with the Rust-Oleum
Striping Machine #2395000, these coatings are ideal for
striping parking lots, aisles and athletic fields. They feature
fast dry and adhesion to concrete, blacktop, gravel and
grass.

..PRODUCT APPLICATION .
SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove all dirt and contaminants by sweeping the
concrete or blacktop before application of the coating.
Grease, oil and chemical contaminants are best removed
by washing the surface with a commercial detergent or
other suitable cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water
and allow to fully dry.
APPLICATION
Apply when temperature is above 32°F (0°C) and humidity
is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Protect surrounding
surfaces from overspray. Overspray can carry a significant
distance.
The Inverted Striping sprays are designed for use with the
Rust-Oleum Striping Machine item #2395000. Follow
machine directions for proper use. The width of the stripe
can be varied from 2 to 4 inches wide by adjusting the
position of the can holder on the Striping Machine. For
best results be sure the Striping Machine is in motion
before squeezing the trigger and release the trigger before
stopping.
The inverted striping aerosols can also be used with the
#2388000 Striping Wand.
