ELECTRICAL DOUBLE INSULATION EXTENSION CORDS Double insulation is a concept in safety in electric power tools, which eliminates the need for the usual threewire grounded power cord. All exposed metal parts are isolated from the internal metal motor components with protecting insulation. Double insulated tools do not need to be grounded. When using a power tool at a considerable distance from a power source, be sure to use an extension cord that has the capacity to handle the current the tool will draw.

OPERATION CAUTION: WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with this product to make you careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict serious injury. To prevent gear damage, always allow the chuck to come to a complete stop before changing the direction of rotation. To stop the drill, release the switch trigger and allow the chuck to come to a complete stop. WARNING: Always wear eye protection marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1.
OPERATION materials. The proper setting depends on the type of material and the size of screw you are using. WARNING: Make sure to insert the drill bit straight into the chuck jaws. Do not insert the drill bit into the chuck jaws at an angle then tighten, as shown infigure 6. This could cause the drill bit to be thrown from the drill, resulting in possible serious personal injury or damage to the chuck. Tighten the chuck jaws securely on the bit.
MAINTENANCE LUBRICATION WARNING: When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause product damage. All of the bearings in this product are lubricated with a sufficient amount of high grade lubricant for the life of the unit under normal operating conditions. Therefore, no further lubrication is required. chuck removal See Figures 10 - 12, page 12. The chuck may be removed and replaced with a new one.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES ÉLECTRIQUES DOUBLE ISOLATION CORDONS PROLONGATEURS La double isolation est un dispositif de sécurité utilisé sur les outils à moteur électriques, éliminant le besoin de cordon d’alimentation habituel à trois fils avec terre. Toutes les pièces métalliques exposées sont isolées des composants internes du moteur par l’isolation protectrice. Les outils à double isolation ne nécessitent pas de mise à la terre.

UTILISATION Serrer les mors fermement sur l’embout. NOTE : Tourner le corps du mandrin dans le sens de la flèche marquée LOCK pour fermer les mors. Ne pas utiliser une clé pour serrer ou desserrer les mors du mandrin. RETRAIT DES EMBOUTS Voir la Figure 5, page 11. Débrancher la perceuse. Ouvrir les mors du mandrin. Tourner ce collier sur le réglage désiré.
ENTRETIEN LUBRIFICATION AVERTISSEMENT : Utiliser exclusivement des pièces identiques à celles d’origine pour les réparations. L’usage de toute autre pièce pourrait créer une situation dangereuse ou endommager l’outil. Tous les roulements de cet produit sont enduits d’une quantité suffisante de lubrifiant de haute qualité pour la durée de vie de le produit, dans des conditions d’utilisation normales. ASPECTOS ELÉCTRICOS DOBLE AISLAMIENTO CORDONES DE EXTENSIÓN El doble aislamiento es una característica de seguridad de las herramientas eléctricas, la cual elimina la necesidad de usar el típico cordón eléctrico de tres conductores con conexión a tierra. Todas las partes metálicas expuestas están aisladas de los componentes metálicos internos del motor por medio de aislamiento de protección. No es necesario conectar a tierra las herramientas con doble aislamiento.

FUNCIONAMIENTO PRECAUCIÓN: ADVERTENCIA: No permita que su familarización con este producto le vuelva descuidado. Tenga presente que un descuido de un instante es suficiente para infligir una lesión grave. Para evitar dañar el engranaje, antes de cambiar el sentido de rotación siempre permita que se detenga completamente el portabrocas. Para detener el taladro, suelte el gatillo del interruptor y permita que se detenga completamente el portabrocas.
FUNCIONAMIENTO tornillos en diferentes materiales. El ajuste adecuado depende del tipo de material y del tamaño del tornillo. ADVERTENCIA: Asegúrese de introducir la broca recta en las mordazas del portabrocas. No introduzca la broca en las mordazas del portabrocas en ángulo (como se muestra en la figura 6), para después apretarla. De esta manera podría salir disparada del taladro la broca, con las consiguientes posibles lesiones corporales o daños al portabrocas.
MANTENIMIENTO LUBRICACIÓN ADVERTENCIA: Al dar servicio a la unidad, utilice sólo piezas de repuesto idénticas. El empleo de piezas diferentes puede causar un peligro o dañar el producto. Todos los cojinetes de esta producto están lubricados con suficiente cantidad de aceite de alta calidad para toda la vida útil de la unidad en condiciones normales de funcionamiento. Por lo tanto, no se necesita lubricación adicional.
