Bath Furniture
Ryvyr bath furniture is made from natural products whose visual appeal is attained by surface absorption of stain,
varying grains, knots, and other characteristics which are inherent in natural products and veneers which are not
within the control of Ryvyr nor considered defects under the warranty. Color changes and surface cracks due to
direct sunlight, extreme temperature fluctuations, humidity conditions, and cleaning agents are not covered by
this warranty.
Fixtures and Tops
Ryvyr fixtures are formed from natural stone, glass, resin, and vitreous china. Their visual appeal is attained by
nuances in design, shape, textures, surface, color, and infused color, which are characteristics apparent in natural
products and our manufactured products.
While specifications are provided, they are nominal and the actual product may be different from the specification
documents. Wait to have the actual products in hand before making alterations to companion items such as
cutouts, space design, etc.
Surface scratches, surface etching, chips, cracks, and color changes due to cleaning agents, chemical spills,
improper cleaning techniques, abrasive cleaners or cloths, extreme temperature fluctuations, and by abuse or
impact are not covered by this warranty.
Fittings
Ryvyr faucets plumbing fittings are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects, both mechanically and for
surface finish, to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from date of receipt as long as product is used
in a normal residential application. If the fitting should develop a leak or drip, Ryvyr will provide the parts or
products necessary to put the product back in good, working condition free of charge. Ryvyr will not be responsible
for labor charges or for damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement.
General
Ryvyr warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original homeowner for a
period of one (1) year under normal use and service from the date of shipment to the dealer or, if shipped direct,
from the date of shipment to the consumer. Ryvyr products which have such defects will be repaired or replaced at
Ryvyr’s option or if repairs and replacement are not possible, alternate remuneration may be paid also at Ryvyr’s
option.
This warranty applies to products that are subject to normal residential use and does not apply to defects or
damage caused by or resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance including cleaning and/
or cleaning products, agents or chemicals, or when products have been used in institutional, commercial, or other
non-residential use.
This warranty only protects the homeowner when the product is purchased from an authorized Ryvyr dealer and
proof of purchase may be required to substantiate any and all claims. Products purchased as floor samples or in an
“as is” condition are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Ryvyr
warrants this product for one (1) year from the initial purchase. Ryvyr shall not be held liable for any consequential
damages or commercial loss.
