Installation
Transportation
To ensure smooth and reliable operation over the long life of the uid
head, the following settings should be applied to the controls during
transportation or periods of storage:
Brakes Open (OFF)
Counterbalance Maximum (16)
Drags Maximum (7)
Transporting with the Pan Bar
To transport the uid head with the pan bar attached, stow in the
vertical position with the tripod legs to prevent damage.
