Descalingindicationwithanti-scalelter
(only in appliances equipped with a display)
The water hardness is set on the basis of the
regional water hardness analysis (1, 2, 3, 4).
Disabledlter:
If the function is disabled, the electronic system
counts the ow meter pulses, recording one pulse
for every revolution.
Enabledlter:
If the function is enabled, the electronic system
counts the ow meter pulses, recording one pulse
for every two revolutions.
"Changeanti-scalelter"indication
The electronic system uses the ow meter pulses
to keep track of the amount of water that ows
and once the dened litres are exceeded (based
on the water hardness setting), the "Replace lter"
indication is triggered.

To obtain a linear characteristic of its effectiveness,
throughout the duration of the descaling process, the
water is split according to the degree of hardness in a
three-phase by-pass (A,B and C).
