1) Loosen the screws of the boiler pin, remove it and
loosen the others shown.
2) The following are located inside the compartment
protected by the casing:
- The electric motor (A) with gears (B) and (C) for
transmission and timing of the dispensing unit.
- The dreg drawer presence sensor (D).
- The dispensing unit presence microswitch (E).
- The microswitch (F) that detects the idle phase of
the dispensing unit as well as that of the dispensing
process.
- Remove the gear (C) that engages with the motor
transmission shaft.
- Remove the large gear (B).
- Remove the motor (A) complete with the
transmission shaft.
3) Reconnect the gear (B), making sure that the
arrow is aligned with the opening that contains the
pin (P).
4) When re-mounting the motor and the
transmission shaft, make sure the guides (L) are
inserted in the correct housing.
Grease the shaft thoroughly and evenly.
