SS82HF To Suit: TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 80 SERIES (ALL MODELS) Fitment to: Right hand side Fitting time: Approximately 120 minutes Special Tools: 108mm Holesaw Step Drill Files CRC or similar lubricant Loctite 243 (thread lock) Masking Tape,Touch-up paint & Felt Tip Pen Prior to commencing the installation, it is the installer's responsibility to verify that all components and particularly the template (Item 13) are correct. Instructions: 1.

2. Align the guard panel template (Item 13) to the upper and rear edges of the right hand guard panel as shown. Tape the template to the guard with masking tape. Mark all hole positions with a felt tip pen. Remove the template. 3. Drill a pilot hole for each of the marked hole positions. Using the step drill, drill the 7 mounting hole positions to 16mm diameter. Using the 108mm holesaw, drill the main hole position.

9. Apply a small amount of lubricant to both ends of the air entry hose (item 10). Loosely install an 80/100mm hose clamp (item 11) to either end of the air entry hose (item 10), install the air entry hose onto the snorkel body outlet snout. Re-install the air cleaner assembly into the vehicle, guiding the air cleaner inlet into the air entry hose. Fasten the air cleaner assembly with the standard mounting bolts. 10.
