Assembly Instructions

Sport Storage Rack

2’D x 4’W x 7’H

STEP 1

Start by taking inventory of the individual components

you received. This shelving unit arrives in two separate

boxes. See the component list to verify what you

received. If you are missing any items please contact

SafeRacks support at 877-655-3443.

STEP 2

Take two vercal posts and place them against a wall

or on the oor with the key holes facing down as

shown in Fig 1. Begin adding the 2-foot horizontal

beams at the desired shelf levels. Complete this step

twice so that you have two matching secons of the

shelving unit. See Fig 2 & 3.

STEP 3

Locate the 4-foot beams and begin placing them at

the same shelf levels you determined in step 2. See

Fig 4. Add the remaining 4-foot beams at all levels.

See Fig 5. CAUTION: Ensure all rivets are seated rm-

ly into each keyhole. Failure to do this may cause the

shelves to become dislodged.

STEP 4

Place the wire decking and melamine board on the

shelf. For the wire decking, ensure that the side with

more front-to-back wires is facing up. Repeat this step

unl all remaining wire decks are in place. The wire

decking and melamine board should t snug within

the connes of the vercal posts. See Fig 6
