Serves 4
150g (approx. 1/2) English cucumber, cut into 1cm rounds
2 tablespoons runny honey
120ml Bourbon
260g (approx. 3) peeled whole lemons,
pith removed
680g (approx. 5) Granny smith apples
180g (approx. 8) ice cubes
Method
1. Add cucumber pieces, honey and bourbon
into blender jug and attach to juicer spout.
2. Turn variable speed dial to Speed 1
and juice lemons.
3. Increase speed to 10 and juice apples.
4. Remove juicer attachment and place blender
jug onto motor base. Close lid securely.
5. Select Smoothie Program.
6. Divide ice cubes amongst 4 serving glasses
and pour over cocktail. Serve immediately.
