Printing SMS Messages
If you have turned the automatic printing function off ,
use this function to print your SMS messages.
1 Press
W
, select print SMS with
¾
and con-
fi rm with OK.
2 Use

to select the SMS messages that you would
like to print:
selected—Confi rm by pressing OK. Select the
SMS message that you would like to print out by
pressing

. Confi rm with OK.
new—Confi rm by pressing OK. All new messages
will now be printed.
all—Confi rm by pressing OK. All SMS messages
stored in the fax memory will now be printed.

You can also access the function print

by pressing MENU/OK,

Deleting SMS Messages
Your fax machine can store up to 30 SMS messages. If
the memory is full, no additional SMS messages can be
received. To free up space in the memory, you should
delete some SMS messages.
1 Press MENU/OK,

2 Use

to select the SMS messages that you would
like to delete:
selected—Press OK and use
¾
to select the
SMS message that you would like to delete. Confi rm
with OK.
already read—Confi rm by pressing OK. All
SMS messages that have been read will be deleted.
All—Confi rm by pressing OK. All SMS messages
will be deleted.
Sending SMS Messages to
E-Mail or Fax
(Depending on country and telephone network)
You can send SMS messages to an e-mail address or as fax
transmissions to another fax machine.
SMS Messages to E-Mail
1 Press
W
, select send SMS and confi rm with
OK. Enter the text that you would like to send, as
described under Sending SMS Messages.
2 Press OK. Select E-mail with
¾
and confi rm
by pressing OK.
3 Enter the e-mail address. To enter the @ sign, press
the blue key and
½
.

To add more e-mail addresses, press the blue
key and

.
4 Press
W
to send the SMS message.
SMS Messages to Fax
1 Press
W
, select send SMS and confi rm with
OK. Enter the text that you would like to send, as
described under Sending SMS Messages.
2 Press OK. Select Fax with

and confi rm
by pressing OK. Enter the number to which you
would like to send the SMS message. You can enter
a number with the number pad or you can select an
entry from the telephone book, the redial list or the
caller list (see Sending SMS Messages).

to send the SMS message.
Advanced Sending Options
(Depending on country and telephone network)
Sending SMS with a Sub-address
With a sub-address, you send an SMS message to a cer-
tain fax machine that is connected to a telephone line
along with several other devices. In GB: Append the sub-
address to the dialled number. For all other countries:
You may have to add a star between the number and the
sub-address (depending on country and telephone net-
work). If the sub-address of the machine is 1, for exam-
ple, you should dial
