Limited Warranty
This product is covered under Sainty's one year limited warranty.
This one year limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser of this product for consumer use.
Sainty guarantees the material and workmanship in this product to be free from defects while under
normal use and proper care for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If this product, or
components thereof, are determined to have defects in material and workmanship, Sainty will provide
the original purchaser with components or substitute product, as determined by Sainty, to repair or
replace the defective merchandise.
Replacement of defective or missing parts will be sent at no charge to the customer for a period of 30
days from the date of purchase for verified Claim. Sainty will not be responsible for missing fasteners,
parts or hardware beyond 30 days from date of purchase.
Packaging, labor or material charges to and from our customer service center is not covered under the
warranty and is therefore the customer's responsibility. This limited warranty does not cover claims for
damage to products used for commercial purposes, or subject to abusive use, damage by modification,
freeze damage, rust, fading and issues caused by improper care or handling.
Claims submitted to Sainty International must include proof of purchase from dealer. Proof of purchase
(date register receipt and so on) and photos will be required for warranty claims.
