Installation Guide

A strong adhesive that bonds many materials together including
concrete, stone, brick, wood, roof tiles, ceramic tiles and metal. A one
component product which can also be used to fi ll cracks or fi ll joints in
concrete.
SAFETY: READ and UNDERSTAND The Material Safety Data Sheet before us-
ing. WARNING: you MUST wear gloves, safety glasses and protective clothing.
AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN. Do not breathe vapors. For emergency informa-
tion call CHEMTREC at 800-424-9300. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
COMBUSTIBLE. KEEP AWAY FROM OPEN FLAME. FIRST AID: Immediately
wash skin with soap and water. Rinse eyes with water for 15 minutes and
contact physician. Wash clothing before re-wearing.
PREPARATION:
Surface must be clean, dry and free from all contaminants that will interfere
with bonding. When used to fi ll cracks or joints they should be a minimum of
¼” wide and ¼” deep and a maximum of ½”deep. Deeper cracks should be
lled with backer rod fi rst. Do not use around silicone
sealants.
APPLICATION: Cut tube nozzle to desired bead width and squeeze onto
surface to be bonded. Adhesive should be applied when surface and air
temperatures are between 40° F ( 4° C) and 90° F ( 32° C). Adhesive should
be between 60° F ( 16° C) and 80° F ( 27° C).

CURING:
Adhesive remains tacky for up to 2 hours and fully cures in 7 days.
CLEAN UP:
Clean with MEK or acetone before sealant has cured. Cured material must be
removed by mechanical means.
STORAGE:
One year shelf life prior to opening. Best when used within 24 hours of
cartridge opening.Protect from freezing.

The manufacturer warrants that this product shall be of merchantable quality when
used or applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This product is
not warranted as suitable for any purpose other than the general purpose for which
it is intended. This warranty runs for one (1) year from the date the product is pur-
chased. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICU-
LAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of defective product or, at the
manufacturer’s option, refund of the purchase price. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDEN-
TAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
