Sakrete Natural Look Sealer for Concrete is a specially formulated
acrylic waterproofing sealer that provides excellent protection from
moisture penetration and the effects of weathering on a variety of
properly prepared substrates. It requires no special solvents, is non-
toxic to humans, animals and vegetation.

PREPARATION
For best results all materials should be stored between 40°F (4°C)
and 80°F (27°C) 24 hours prior to installation.

NOTE : it is the responsability of the installer/applicator to ensure
the suitability of the product for its intented use.
1. Use only when the product, air, and surface temperature are
above 50°F (10°C) for a minimum of 24 hours.
2. Surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry, sound, free from all
dirt, grease, oils, waxes, curing agents and any other foreign
materials that will inhibit performance.
3. Mold or mildew must be properly treated and removed.
4. Smooth concrete floors should be properly etched to
effectively open surface pores.
5. Remove any loose, cracked or peeling paint by sanding,
scraping, wire brushing, or by power tool cleaning methods.
6. Sand all rough paint edges smooth to adjacent surface area.
Dull all glossy surfaces.
7. Repair all damaged, deteriorated or surface imperfections with
the proper patch or building materials.

MIXING/THINNING
1. Stir thoroughly and apply as it comes from the container.
Thinning is not necessary. However, if thinning is required, you
may add clean water up ½ pint per gallon.
APPLICATION
1. Apply by brush, roller cover or approved low-pressure hand
pump sprayer.
2. Stir thoroughly before and during application. For best results,
apply two (2) coats.
