Warranty

The Fine Print:

Samson Audio products carry a one (1) year warranty. You must provide proof of original

ownership and a copy of your sales receipt to receive warranty service. Warranty is not

transferable.

Samson Technologies Corp. warrants Samson Audio products purchased in the United States

against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of

purchase with proof of original ownership and a copy of your receipt. Samson Technologies

Corp., through the applicable authorized distributor, will repair or replace defects covered by this

limited warranty with parts or products of original or improved design, at its option, for products

purchased in the USA only.

This warranty applies only to products sold in the USA. For information about coverage on

products not purchased in the USA, contact the Samson Audio distributor in the country of

purchase.

Limited warranty is valid if product is repaired or serviced by Samson Technologies or Samson

authorized service facility ONLY. Product or unit must be purchased from an authorized Samson

Audio dealer for a valid warranty.

This warranty contemplates the owner will reasonably maintain this instrument or product

without alteration, negligent use, misuse, or abuse. Normal wear and tear of this product will not

be covered by this or any implied warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, SAMSON SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF

MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No Samson dealer,

agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this

warranty.

SAMSON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY

OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS,

DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND

PROPERTY NOT MANUFACTURED BY SAMSON. Some states do not allow the exclusion

or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the

above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary

from state to state.
