If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, return it in new, saleable
condition within 30 days with all instruction book-
lets and blank warranty cards in the original pack-
aging. We’ll promptly exchange it or issue a refund
or credit for the full merchandise purchase price,
whichever you prefer. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D.
return shipments or refund original or return ship-
ping costs. Special order merchandise is not return-
able. NOTE: Please call for a Return Authorization
Number prior to returning any merchandise.
Payment Terms: Check or money order with order, SmartPay, VISA,
MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or C.O.D. Open
account privileges upon approval. Foreign remittance in U.S. dollars
only, drawn on a U.S. branch of any major bank. Purchase orders
accepted from schools, universities, colleges, governmental agencies,

Shipping: We normally ship the same day we receive your order.
Appropriate, fair shipping charges will be added to all orders. Where
possible, we combine items to save you shipping.
Sales Taxes and Foreign Customs: We believe in compliance with all
customs and sales tax regulations. Customers are responsible for
payment of all customs, sales or use taxes due, whether collected or not.
Tax Exempt Institutions: If your organization is tax exempt, we
must have a copy of your resale certificate or tax exempt status
documents on file to avoid being charged sales tax.
Warranties: Products not manufactured by Supreme Audio are
subject to limited guarantees or warranties as stated by the manufac-
turer. Guarantees apply to the original purchaser only. Warranty
service is to be arranged
directly with the manufacturer.
Damaged Shipments: If there is any shipping damage on UPS or
FedEx shipments, please contact the carrier directly to initiate the
claim. Save your invoice and the shipping carton—it proves the
damage. U.S. Mail shipments are not insured unless you have
requested and paid for insurance.
Returns: Special order merchandise is not returnable. NOTE: Please
call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning
any merchandise.

Most of the sound systems we sell are easily installed
by our customers. However, some of the larger multi-
zone systems are complex enough that you might want
to have professional installation and set up assistance.
Since 1975, we have had a network of sound contrac-
tors across the country who are qualified to do these
installations. As always, we design the system and
then provide our Installation Partner with all of the
information they need to correctly install our equip-
ment in your facilities.
Our Installation Partners are not our employees, but
rather are all independent contractors. We coordinate,
but YOU maintain full control as to layout preferences
which will help your professional staff serve your
clients best.
Supreme Team Installation Partners can also instruct
your staff in the proper use of the equipment after
installation.
