Setting the LCD Brightness

You can adjust the brightness of the LCD monitor for Camera use.
1. Turn your camera on by setting the Power Switch to (CAMERA) mode.
2. Press the MENU button.

The top menu including “SET” is displayed.
3. Press the LEFT or RIGHT button to select the (SET) then press the DOWN button.

The submenu including “LCD” is displayed.
4. Press the DOWN button to select the “LCD” then press the RIGHT button.

The available options for LCD brightness settings are displayed.
DARK – NORMAL – BRIGHT
5. Select an option by pressing the UP or DOWN button.

The selected option is highlighted.
6. Press the LEFT or OK button to apply your selection.

The selected option is applied.
7. Press the OK button or MENU button to exit the menu screen.

A brighter LCD Monitor setting consumes more battery power.

You may adjust the brightness in (CAMERA) modes.

For brightness adjustment in Camcorder mode, refer to page 33.

The available menu items are displayed for the selected Camera mode.
