stuckduringoperation.
• Iftheactuatorbecomesstuckduringoperation,donotapplyexcessive
forcetothedevice.
• First,turnoffandthentakeoffthedevice.
• Checkwhattheproblemiswhilegentlymovingthecorrespondingjoint.
• Iftheproblempersistsoroccursrepeatedly,pleasecontactthe
manufacturer.
Case/Frame/Fastenerbreaks
• Ifthehardwareisdamaged,donotoperatethedevice.Contactthe
manufacturer.
Thereisunusualnoisecomingfrom
thedevice.
• Ifyouhearnoisefromthedevicethatisnotassociatedwithnormaluse,
pleasecontactthemanufacturer.

• RestarttheGEMS‐HApp.(Pressthebuttonleftofthehomebuttonon
thebottomofthetabletscreentocompletelyclosetheapp).
• RestarttheGEMS‐HDevice.(Usethepowerswitchlocatedatthebottom
ofthecontrolpack).
• RestarttheassociatedtabletPC.
Assistanceisuncomfortableorthe
patientcannotfeeltheassistive
force.
• MakesuretheLEDindicatorisnotindicatinga“STOP”state.
• RepeattheprocedureforresettingtheStandPosetozerowhenthe
patientisstationaryandstandingupright.Thisproceduremaybefound
