If typing in the address, enter the address, City, and State
using the keypad. As you type, possible addresses will be
displayed. Tap on one when you see the address you want.
The route will be displayed.
4. The Voice guidance screen is displayed. For voice-guided
navigation you need to install text-to-speech support from
the Android Market. Tap Install to install the application or
tap Skip to exit.
Note: You will need to be signed on to your Google account before
downloading applications from the Android Market. For more
information, refer to “Creating a New Google Account” on page 9.
5. As you drive the route display will be updated and you will
receive voice-guided navigation directions.
Nook
With the nook application, you can read best sellers, news
releases, favorite newspapers, and emagazines all delivered to
your device via 3G wireless or Wi-Fi.
Getting Started
To use the nook application, you will need to create a Barnes &
Noble account. To get started, follow these steps:
1. From the Home screen, tap ➔ nook .
The nook main page displays.
2. Tap get started .
3. Enter the required information using the keypad and tap
Next .
4. Select a security question from the drop-down list box and
enter the answer using the keypad.
5. Tap Create Account .
The nook main screen displays with your library. You are
now ready to use nook.
Shop Books
1. From the nook main page, tap shop books at the top of the
display.
2. Scroll thru the list to select an eBook by category, or enter
a title, subject, or author in the search bar and tap Go .
3. The eBook or a list of eBooks is displayed. Tap on BUY NOW
to buy or tap Get Free Sample to get a small portion of the
eBook that you can sample.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
