– Pattern : When enabled, you draw a pattern, which you create,
on the screen to unlock the phone. Touch the option, then follow
the prompts to create or change your screen unlock pattern.
– PIN : When enabled, you enter a numeric PIN (Personal
Identification Number), which you create, to unlock the phone.
– Password : When enabled, you enter an alphanumeric
password, which you create, to unlock the phone.
– None : Disable all custom screen lock settings, to use the default
swipe unlock screen.
• Auto unlock zone : Touch Auto unlock zone to
automatically disable
Screen lock when in an auto unlock zone.
• Lock screen widget options : Touch this option and the Lock
screen widget options
screen appears with the following
additional options available:
– Shortcut or Camera widget : Touch Shortcut or
Camera widget
to enable the Camera shortcut or
widget on the Lock screen.
– Clock or My profile widget : Choose whether the Clock
widget or a My profile text entry field appears on the Lock
screen.
– Edit clock : Customize the Clock on the Lock screen by
enabling or disabling Dual clock function, set the Clock size
(Small, Normal, or Large), choose whether to show the date,
and or enter personal text you want to appear on the Lock
screen.
– Date and year : When enabled, shows the month, day, and
year on the lock screen.
– Owner information : When enabled, this option shows pre-
composed text on the lock screen.
– Dual clock : Touch Dual clock to show a dual
clock widget on the lock screen.
•Shortcuts : When enabled, application shortcuts appear on the
lock screen. Swipe an icon to launch the associated
application.
