To restore the data:
1 Insert the USB flash drive. For details, see page 10.2.
2 Press Menu until “Machine Setup” appears on the top line
of the display.
3 Press Enter to access the menu.
The first available menu item, “Machine Id,” appears on the
bottom line.
4 Press the scroll button ( or ) until you see “Import
Setting” on the bottom line and press
Enter .
5 Select the data type you want to restore, either
“Phonebook” or “All Settings” and press
Enter .
6 Select the file you want to restore and press Enter .
The first available menu item, “Yes,” appears on the bottom
line.
7 Press Enter to restore the backup file to the machine.
8 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear .
