Q. I can’t connect my previous earphones to the smartphone because
it doesn’t have an earphone jack. How can I connect them to each
other?
A. The smartphone supports USB Type-C earphones. Use the earphones supplied with the
smartphone.
To use your previous earphones, plug the earphone jack adaptor (USB Type-C to 3.5 mm)
(sold separately) into the smartphone first and then connect the earphones to the
smartphone.
Q. What is the Dual Audio feature?
A. Dual Audio is a feature that allows you to connect up to two Bluetooth audio devices to
your smartphone. For example, you can connect two Bluetooth headsets or speakers and use
them at the same time. Refer to Pairing with other Bluetooth devices for how to connect.
Q. What is the Music Share feature?
A. Music Share is a feature that allows you to listen to another smartphone’s music via the
Bluetooth speaker or headset connected to your smartphone. For example, when you are
with your friend in your car and want to listen to your friend’s music, use the Music Share
feature. Even if you do not connect your friend’s smartphone to your Bluetooth car stereo,
which is already connected to your smartphone, you can listen to your friend’s music via the
stereo. Refer to Music Share for more information.
