Correct card installation (dual SIM models)

You cannot insert a nano-SIM card and a microSD card in the same place
simultaneously.
Activating an eSIM
Launch the
Settings
app and tap
Connections
→
SIM card manager
→
Add mobile plan
.
When a mobile plan is found, follow the on-screen instructions to activate the eSIM.
If you have a QR code provided by your service provider, launch the
Settings
app, tap
Connections
→
SIM card manager
→
Add mobile plan
→
Add using QR code
, and then
scan the QR code.
This feature may not be available depending on the region or service provider.
Using the eSIM and nano-SIM card (dual SIM models)
If you install a nano-SIM card and activate the eSIM, you can have two phone numbers or
service providers for a single device.
This feature may not be available depending on the region or service provider.
Activating SIM or USIM cards
Launch the
Settings
app and tap
Connections
→
SIM card manager
. Select a SIM or USIM
card and tap the switch to activate it.
