Ultra data saving
Monitor and reduce your mobile data usage by preventing background apps from using the
mobile data connection. You can also use the data compression feature to compress Internet
data, such as images, videos, and webpages, accessed via the mobile network.

This feature may not be available depending on the region or service provider.
•
Some webpages or content may not be available when this feature is activated,
depending on the service provider or the mobile network conditions.
On the Settings screen, tap
Device maintenance
→
Ultra data saving , and then tap the
switch to activate it.
View the amount of data used
and saved for the set monitoring
period.
Select apps that are allowed to
use the mobile data connection
in the background.
Activate the Opera Max data
compression feature to
compress Internet data when
using the mobile network.
You can change the data usage monitoring period. On the Settings screen, tap
Connections
→
Data usage
→
Billing cycle and data warning .
